For each drug, quartile-based Bliss interaction scores (Methods) with all the other drugs (n = 65) in all four strains (x-axis) are considered; drug interaction fingerprints are then clustered according to their cosine similarity. All interaction cumulative scores are considered, regardless of their significance. Clusters enriched in drugs belonging to the same classes, targeting the same processes, and/or chemically similar, are highlighted. Negative, positive and neutral Bliss scores are depicted in shades of green, yellow, and in white, respectively.
