LC-MS analysis of the metabolites produced by L. reuteri and E. faecalis cultured on basal medium (as compared to a blank medium) and spent medium of each other (as compared to the spent medium of the first inoculated strain), as represented by graphs displaying the fold change of the produced metabolites (fold change for production defined as the ratio of [metabolites after growth/metabolites before growth] equal or superior to 2.5). All LC-MS measurements were performed on biological triplicates for which actual values, mean, and standard deviations are presented. The y-axis gives the mass of the metabolites (m/z) or the annotations when available.
