  1. The faecal bacteriome was assessed for carriage of gut-brain modules (GBMs) at the end of the study. The restoration effect was measured for each GBM altered by stress and restored by FVT by linear models (p-value) and Storey’s false discovery rate was performed for all measures (q-value).
