Viral gene in the supernatants of Vero E6 cell infected by wildtype (a), Alpha (b), Beta (c), Delta (d), Omicron BA.1 (e) and Omicron BA.5 (f) SARS-CoV-2 authentic viruses in the presence of different concentrations of RAY1216/PF-07321332 was measured by quantitative real-time PCR assay (mean±SD, n = 3). *P ≤ 0.05; **P ≤ 0.01; ***P ≤ 0.001; NS, not significant as determined by one-way ANOVA analysis of variance with Tukey’s honest significant difference (HSD) test compared with the virus group.
