Approximately 100 micrographs were collected across two independent experiments for each gB construct. b, SPR kinetic binding assays with monoclonal antibodies and the HSV-1 gB co-receptor, PILRa, to compare the antigenicity of prefusion-stabilized and postfusion gB. Antibodies SS10, SS55 and DL16 have been previously reported to recognize discontinuous epitopes dependent on natively folded gB.
