CD4 T cells purified from the spleen of B. pertussis convalescent mice were cultured with APC (irradiated spleen cells, 2 ×106/ml) and increasing concentrations of AIBP or HKBP. After 3 days, IL-17 and IFN-γ production was quantified in supernatants by ELISA. Data are presented mean ± s.d for biological replicates (n = 3). Data were analyzed by two-way ANOVAs followed by Tukey’s test for multiple comparisons. P values are shown above relevant data sets.
