The percentages of variance captured by the first two PCA axes are provided. Each point represents an individual soil sample positioned according to its environmental parameter values, as summarized by the first two principal components. Ellipses, colored by EHS, represent 95% confidence intervals around the centroid of each group. Arrows indicate the direction and strength of each environmental parameter’s contribution to the ordination, with longer arrows signifying stronger influence.
