Relative abundance of Bacteroides in HIS versus LMIS individuals. P-value was obtained using an unpaired, two-sided Wilcoxon test. n = 3,166 for HIS and n = 794 for LMIS. All boxplots have a boxplot centre value corresponding to the median, the box indicates the interquartile range, and whiskers extend to 1.5 times the interquartile range.
