In the version of the article initially published, Fig. 2c incorrectly showed that Gαs inhibits Gq and has now been amended to remove this line. In Fig. 3 the inhibition from IRS-2 (point 5) was on GHRHR but should have been on cytokine signaling, and the inhibitory line linking cytokine receptor to insulin was missing. These corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
