GCI-α-Syn, LB-α-Syn and α-Syn PFF were unilaterally injected into the dorsal striatum of wild-type mice. The seeded α-Syn pathology was analysed and graded by immunohistochemistry with Syn506. The data were presented as heat maps to semiquantitatively demonstrate the central nervous system (CNS) distribution of α-Syn pathology.
