a, Naive T cells from wild-type or IL-27RA-knockout mice were stimulated in vitro with anti-CD3/CD28 in the presence or absence of IL-27. Expression of co-inhibitory receptors was determined by flow cytometry. Representative data of three biologically independent experiments are shown. b, Expression of PD-1, TIM-3, LAG-3, TIGIT and IL-10 on CD8⁺ TILs obtained from wild-type and IL-27RA-knockout mice bearing B16F10 melanoma was determined by flow cytometry.
