  1. Left column, code state type. All states used l ≈ 2.5 while r ≈ 0.9 ≈ 7.8 dB. Middle column, measurement results using this type of state are presented in the given figures of the main text. Right column, pulse sequence used to create the state. Most states use the same initial sequence (seq 0), which is thus defined in the first entry of the table.
