From: Sensorimotor experience remaps visual input to a heading-direction network
Heading tuning (red, closed-loop mode) and visual receptive fields (blue, open-loop mode) for all 40 recorded E–PG neurons (from 39 flies). For each neuron, the correlation coefficient (Pearson’s) is reported for the comparison between the visual receptive field and the heading tuning curve. Asterisks denote data also shown in Fig. 2. For experiments shown in this figure, we used UAS-mCD8::GFP/UAS-mCD8::GFP; R60D05-Gal4/R60D05-Gal4 flies.
