Extended Data Table 1 Heritability due to SNPs and background kinship

From: Genomic mechanisms of climate adaptation in polyploid bioenergy switchgrass

  1. Heritability of traits and climate-of-origin variation was partitioned to SNPs in GWAS hits (‘SNP–h2’) and background or polygenic variation. SNP–heritability and standard errors are presented for each of seven climate variables, biomass in three gardens within and across (‘full’) each of the subpopulations. Response variable-by-subpopulation combinations marked with ‘NA’ indicate that the model did not converge.
