Gene body (a, c, e, g) or 100-kb bin (b, d, f, h) mCH was used as a feature. The training and testing sets were randomly split (a, b, e, f) or split based on biological replicates (c, d, g, h). The values in a–d correspond to the diagonals of e–h but ordered decreasingly.
