  1. (a) HER2 trispecific Ab binding was measured using SPR technology for full kinetic analysis. Human HER2-His, CD3δε-Fc-His heterodimer, monkey HER2-HIS, monkey CD3 δε -Fc-His, and CD28-hIgG1-Fc fusion proteins were used to measure binding for each binding site against human or monkey targets. (b) Binding kinetics and affinity were measured without the other two antigens present (left), or with the other two antigens at saturating concentrations in the buffer before kinetic analysis (right).
