The plot provides a p-value and effect size measure for each pair of groups. Of the pathways of interest we selected, “Xenobiotic biodegradation and metabolism”, “Drug resistance: antimicrobial” and “Metabolism of cofactors and vitamins” showed significantly higher abundance in IF vs AL, which was abolished in IF+V.
