Change in the transition pressure between the hexagonal (H), pentagonal (P) and the flat-rhombic (R) phases at given temperatures due to small change in the confinement width calculated using thermodynamic perturbation theory. These suggest that the predicted phase diagram is robust with respect to small changes in the confinement width.
