From: Wastewater sequencing reveals early cryptic SARS-CoV-2 variant transmission
After initial detection on January 3rd 2021, infected individuals were transferred to isolation housing where they continued to shed virus. At the end of January, a matching virus was detected in a residence nearby the original site of detection. All four samples have perfectly matching virus genomes.
