a, Total gastrointestinal and colonic transit times are similar between TacCre control (black) and ECPFTox (red) male (N = 5, 3) and female (N = 5, 4) mice. b, Total gastrointestinal transit times trend faster in DCZ-treated (75 μg/kg) TacCre and EChM3Dq male (N = 14, 8) and female (N = 4, 4) mice, as did colonic transit times for male (N = 3, 4) and female (N = 7, 7) mice.
