  1. *Refinement and validation statistics for the 96-nm repeat of the C. reinhardtii flagella axoneme are the average (mean) of values generated after splitting the model into three regions and running each separately through Phenix.real_space_refine. Attempts to calculate statistics for the intact complex failed because of insufficient memory. The human 96-nm repeat is smaller and was refined as a single model.
