Putative introgressions are identified as regions with increased coverage of mapped k-mers from T. monococcum and visualized in the blue–yellow heat map (legend at the right). Red squares around chromosome 5AL in both ArinaLrFor and SY Mattis indicate the Yr34-carrying region that was used as control.
