Similar results were obtained in at least three independent experiments. b, Mass spectrometry TMEM106B peptide coverage from the prefrontal cortex of individuals 1-3. The peptides map to the region that forms the ordered core of TMEM106B filaments, with the exception of one peptide from individual 2, which maps to the transmembrane helix (TM) of TMEM106B. The counts are given for each peptide. Peptide sequences are shown in Supplementary Data Table 1.
