(a) Experimental design. Trp53syn/syn and Trp53wt/wt clones were passaged every three days for a total of 38 passages, to accumulate spontaneous mutations. (b) Amplicon-seq design. The six recoded codons in Trp53 gene were amplified in three amplicons.
