Induction of Wnt5a in postnatal day 37 laboratory mice results in a significant increase in cellular proliferation, as measured by EdU incorporation (Mean + SE). Shown are comparisons between double transgenic (R26rtTAHET;tetO-Wnt5aHET) and control littermates R26rtTAHET;wt/wt.
