In the version of the article initially published, in the “TME dynamics under VG161 treatment” section, the sentence “Following treatment, an increased proportion of epithelial and fibroblast cells was observed, whereas NK cells–T cells and myeloid cells showed decreased proportions (Fig. 4d–f)” should have read “Following treatment, a decreased proportion of epithelial and fibroblast cells was observed, whereas NK cells–T cells and myeloid cells showed increased proportions (Fig. 4d–f)” and has now been corrected. The P value in Fig. 3e was “0.64” and has now been corrected to “0.04”. In Fig. 4c, there were originally two “UMAP2” labels on the right-hand-side of the panel that have now been removed. In Fig. 4e, the y-axis labels for the lower graph were originally duplicates of the upper graph and have now been corrected to the cell names. These corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
