The biexciton state (\(| XX\rangle \)) and exciton state (\(| Y\rangle \)) are coupled to the cavity mode via interaction strength g, with cavity losses denoted by κ. (b) The effective two-photon decay channel after applying the Schrieffer-Wolff transformation and adiabatic elimination. The cavity coupling leads to additional effective decay rates: the STPE rate γ2p, the effective rate from the biexciton to the exciton γXX and the effective rate from exciton to ground state γX.
