(c,d) Gene expression dot plots of two major gene modules driving the spatial gradient among STR D1 (c) and STR D2 (d) clusters identified in the P56 data for ages P0-P2, P4, P8, P12 and P14. The genes and supertypes are ordered exactly as shown in Extended Data Fig. 11g, h. Dot size and colour indicate proportion of expressing cells and average expression level in each supertype, respectively.
