Dot size and color indicate gene ratio (the percentage of genes that are present in a GO term compared to the total number of genes in that category) and significance (-log10 adjusted p-value), respectively. A Benjamini-Hochberg (BH) adjusted p-value cutoff of 0.01 was used to determine significant GO terms. Max gene ratio was set to 0.2 and max significance was set to 20.
