We present the data corresponding to Fig. 3 in ref. ⁴⁶ in the style of our Fig. 4b and show that they are consistent with our results if we include appropriate time shifts t* (which were not considered in ref. ⁴⁶). The solid and dashed lines are the same as in Fig. 4 and the dotted line is the extension of the former. For the largest a, the data reach (ℓ/ξ)² ≈ 200, at which point they are equally consistent with the speed limit (dashed line) and with the extrapolation of the initial exponential growth (dotted line).
