Pharmacological parameters are presented as the mean pEC50 and EMAX (% DAMGO max) and ΔlogR (DAMGO reference) determined from the mean of individual curves with the number of replicates and error as indicated (n). The mean of the ΔΔlogR with 95% CI is presented and determined by comparing ΔlogR values from GTP binding and release using an unpaired, two-tailed t-test.
