IgG end point (EcEPT) titres against each E. coli strain in the sera of adult mice 50 days after a single oral EcN inoculation (n = 8) compared with no E. coli colonization control mice (n = 7). Data are presented as mean values (bar) ± one standard deviation. Differences between groups analysed using unpaired Student’s t test.
