Splenic CAR-T cells were isolated 14 days after EDV/AAV treatment and were analysed using SMART Human TCR a/b Profiling Kit from Takara Bio. The number of clones identified (with a cutoff at >0.001% of the total reads) is annotated for each sample (n). Each colour represents a unique clone and its proportion of reads in the pie chart and is sorted based on clone rank.
