RAVV GP-ΔM pseudoviruses were generated by deleting the mucin-like domain (ΔM) from the RAVV GP construct. RAVV GPcl pseudoviruses were produced by treating RAVV GP-ΔM pseudoviruses with trypsin to remove the glycan cap. Both types of pseudoviruses were then used to infect Huh7 cells. Data are presented as mean ± SEM (n = 4 biologically independent samples).
