In the version of the article initially published, several superscript numbers were incorrectly set on the baseline: in the “Gi-biased signal transduction of 5-HT2AR” section, twice in the second paragraph of the “Ligand recognition mechanism of 5-HT2AR” section and in the panel e description in the caption for Extended Data Fig. 6, “L22945.52” should have been “L22945.52”. In the panel k description in the caption for Extended Data Fig. 5, “Y2545.48” should have been “Y2545.58”. In the first sentence of the second paragraph of the “The mechanism of Gq-biased signalling” section, “the alkane chain” should have read “the alkyl chain”. Similarly, in the description of panels f–h in the caption for Extended Data Fig. 6, “the alkane atoms” should have read “the alkyl groups”. In additon, there were several errors in figures. In Fig. 1a, the “5-MeO-DMT” structure was incorrect, with an additional bond erroneously appearing on the oxygen. Also in Fig. 1a, “O–” on the phosphate group of “psilocybin” should have read “OH”. In Fig. 4h, “F3396.51W” should have read “F3396.51V”. In the key to Fig. 5g, the purple and green labels read “5-HT1BR-Gq” and “5-HT1CR-Gq” but should have read “5-HT2BR-Gq” and “5-HT2CR-Gq”. In Extended Data Fig. 4, the colours for the labels in panels a and b were incorrect and have now been amended. In Extended Data Fig. 5k, the label “Y2545.48” should have read “Y2545.58”. These corrections have now been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
