Equal molar ratio of HRP-conjugated SARS-CoV-2 RBD or S1 was used to detect NAbs from 20 test sera at a 1:20 dilution. Both recombinant RBD and S1 proteins were produced from the baculovirus-insect cell expression system. Statistical analysis was performed using paired two-tailed Student’s t-test.
