All five replicates are plotted on the graph, with the bar representing the average. The dotted line represents the cutoff values for positive and negative samples for the S and N sensors. b, The coefficient of variation was calculated for intra-assay, intra-day, and inter-day variability. Coefficient of variation is calculated as ratio of standard deviation to the average value.
