From: A small and highly sensitive red/far-red optogenetic switch for applications in mammals
HEK293 cells transfected with REDMAPSOS-Ras (ΔPhyA-CAAX and FHY1-SOScat) were illuminated with red light (1 mW/cm2) for 1 min. Ten minutes after illumination, the cells were harvested and probed for phospho-Erk1/2, total Erk1/2 (tErk) and GAPDH. Negative control cells were only transfected with pcDNA3.1(+).
