Mice were injected via tail vein with AAV encoding the REDMAP system. Control mice were injected with PBS. Twelve weeks after injection, mouse blood was collected for the quantification of (a) serum IL-6, (b) serum IFN-γ, and (c) serum TNF-α production by ELISA. d Counts for total white blood cells (WBC), blood lymphocytes, and blood monocytes, in mice.
