(b-d) Heatmaps representing enrichment of genes from various gene sets over the range of \(K_d^{Apps}\) for SP1, FOXA1 and MYC/MAX complex in MCF-7. Sites are ranked by \(K_d^{Apps}\) (top heatmap per experiment) and gaussian kernel density estimates of the density of highly significant gene sets (FDR < 0.001) over the ranked \(K_d^{Apps}\) values are visualized to show that some gene sets are enriched at certain transcription factor \(K_d^{Apps}\).
