The pegRNAs are for 3 bp insertion (a-d) and 5 bp deletion (e-h), respectively. Each electroporation used 140 pmol PE protein, 186 pmol pegRNA, and 62 pmol nicking sgRNA. Data and error bars represent the mean and standard deviation from at least two technical replicates.
