The bottom tile plot indicates patient response to immune checkpoint therapy. Cells containing asterisks indicate patients with more than one truncating mutation in a given gene. Phasing of these mutations could not be determined. Mutations occurring in the context of heterozygous deletion (light blue) likely lead to complete loss of protein function.
