Genome blocks on eighteen chromosomes were assigned to the subgenomes LF (orange), MF1 (dark cyan), and MF2 (deep sky blue). The 24 conserved genomic blocks are defined and labelled from A to X (colored) based on the syntenic relationship of the B. juncea and A. thaliana genomes. The centromeres in the SY genome are shown as black. The orientation of chromosomes is according to international standards such that the centromeres are toward the top of the chromosome.
