a) Pre-CAF gene signature scoring in fibroblast from nulliparous versus parous NonCarrier and BRCA1+/mut patients. Libraries with representation of less than 250 fibroblasts were excluded. Boxplots indicate median and 25% and 75% quantiles respectively, minima and maxima represent the 10th and 90th percentile respectively, p values were determined by Welch two sample t-test. b) Kaplan–Meier (KM) analyses in breast cancer patients, associating the NonCarrier fibroblast signature (left) or pre-CAF fibroblast signature (right) with overall survival.
