The last four columns indicate the level of association of the most significant variant implicating the gene as causal with respect to the FEV1/FVC decreasing allele; red indicates that this association is in the same direction of effect as the FEV1/FVC decreasing allele and blue indicates the opposite direction with the shade indicating P < the corresponding value in the legend.
