A similar pattern was seen with CADM1 V380D mutant APAs. c, Immunohistochemistry for CADM1 in CADM1 G379D mutant APAs (P2, P4, and P5). Cross-sectional scans and zoomed images of CADM1 staining of APA from patients P2, P4, and P5. Again as seen with CADM1 V380D mutant APAs (Extended Data Fig. 1c), the CADM1 protein appears membranous and is most highly expressed in the outer cortex and adenoma.
