Individual-level genotype data are subject to data sharing restrictions. SVD-based processing creates anonymous data describing variation in case genotypes without storing individual data that could be shared with no restrictions. Remote server with a pool of controls selects a set of control genotype variation matching cases, estimates allele frequency for sites to be used for association study and delivers results to the user.
