BM-derived precursors were cultured on OP9-DL1 for 7 days, then they were infected with the indicated sgRNA in a CFP vector, the indicated sgRNA in an hNGFR vector, or with pMxs-GFP empty vector, separately. Three days after infection, they were re-combined, transferred to OP9-Mig and cultured 4 more days (left).
