Resting CD4+ T cells (2 × 105, n = 3) were differentiated into TH1, TH2, TH17, or Treg cells in the absence or presence of PlGFCM (100 ng/ml) for 5 days. Levels of the Foxp3 (a), Tbx21 (b), and Gata3 (c) mRNAs were measured by quantitative real-time PCR. The level of Gapdh mRNA was used as an internal control. Fold inductions were calculated using the 2-ΔΔCt method. Data are presented as the mean and SEM of three independent experiments. * P < 0.05 compared with ConCM.
