a. Neutralization of replication competent viruses encoding SARS-CoV-2 (SARS2-nLuc), SARS-CoV-1 (SARS1-nLuc) and SHC014 (SHC014-nLuc) by 3 select RBD bnAbs, CC25.54, CC25.36 and CC25.53. DEN3 antibody was a negative control for the neutralization assay. Data are presented as mean values + /- SD. b-c. Comparison of IC50 neutralization titers of 3 RBD bnAbs with replication-competent (b) and pseudoviruses (c) of SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV-1 and SHC014 ACE2-utilizing sarbecoviruses.
